Deepfakes, Scams & Online Risk — Live Class
$50 CAD one-time
Two-hour live online class on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Written notes are included. The private meeting details are confirmed separately.
Terms of service and purchase agreement
These terms explain what Don Merrow provides through iamicreate.ai, what a customer is purchasing, how billing and cancellation work, and the limits that keep technical work safe and honest.
The exact product, service, price, tax, billing frequency, supply date, and other purchase-specific details shown on the Stripe payment page, written quote, invoice, or confirmation email form part of this agreement. Those details and these terms should be reviewed before payment.

$30 CAD per month
Automatically renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime without a cancellation fee. Access normally continues until the end of the paid month.
$288 CAD one-time
Twelve months of access at a price that is 20% below twelve monthly payments. It does not automatically renew unless checkout clearly says otherwise.
The service supplier is Don Merrow, carrying on business through iamicreate.ai. iamicreate.ai is a division of IcreateCrypto, a licensed Vancouver business.
A customer accepts these terms when the customer checks the required terms box at checkout, completes payment after being shown these terms, accepts a written quote or service agreement, or instructs Don to begin agreed work after receiving the applicable terms.
The person accepting confirms that they are legally able to enter the agreement and, when acting for a business or another person, have authority to bind that business or person.
Mandatory consumer rights and other rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.
Interac e-Transfer requires written acceptance first. Before transfer instructions are provided, the customer must submit the agreement form on the Payment Options page or email a clear statement confirming the service, agreed amount, and acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Sending the transfer alone is not the only record of acceptance.
These terms cover classes, memberships, technical support, computer and device help, website and hosting work, AI guidance, network help, software and project review, open-source setup, privacy and scam-message review, and related services accepted by Don.
A contact form, schedule request, phone call, or initial message is only a request. A service agreement begins when the scope and payment are accepted in writing, through a payment page, or by another clear recorded method.
The product page, payment page, written quote, invoice, or confirmation email identifies the specific service, supply or start date, expected completion date where applicable, price, tax, payment schedule, currency, delivery method, and any special limitations. If a purchase-specific term conflicts with these general terms, the purchase-specific term controls for that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
A class purchase covers the class described at checkout. Scheduling is confirmed after payment by email, text, or another written method. A payment alone does not create a specific appointment time unless the checkout page expressly includes that time.
A customer should request a change at least 24 hours before a scheduled live class. Don will make a reasonable effort to reschedule once. A missed class, late cancellation, or inability to attend caused by the customer may be treated as delivered, subject to applicable law and any different written arrangement.
If Don cancels and cannot provide a reasonable replacement date, the customer will receive a refund for the undelivered class.
The monthly membership is billed at the amount shown at checkout, currently planned as $30 CAD per month. It automatically renews each month until cancelled. The customer may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and the customer can continue using membership access until then.
Unless the checkout page expressly says that it renews, the 12-month membership is one payment, currently planned as $288 CAD, for twelve months of access. It does not automatically renew. A new purchase or clear written consent is required for another year.
Membership may include email lessons, scheduled group sessions, practical technology education, community discussions, resource notes, and reasonable general guidance about AI, privacy, scams, computer care, websites, open source, and small-business technology.
Membership is not an unlimited private support contract. It does not promise a fixed response time, continuous availability, emergency service, unlimited one-to-one sessions, unlimited code or website work, guaranteed business results, or repair of every problem. Larger or private work may require a separate quote and agreement.
Topics, session dates, delivery tools, and the practical format may change as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. No change will retroactively remove access already paid for or reduce cancellation or refund rights without the customer’s agreement where agreement is legally required.
Support is remote unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Computer “repair” may include diagnosis, software troubleshooting, update guidance, configuration, backup planning, account recovery guidance, file organization, malware-response guidance, and advice about whether physical repair or replacement is the better option.
Don does not promise that every computer, device, website, account, network, drive, or project can be repaired, recovered, secured, or made economical to continue. Some hardware damage, carrier issues, locked accounts, data recovery, electrical work, and manufacturer-specific repairs require a qualified shop, manufacturer, carrier, licensed professional, or other provider.
Initial diagnosis may reveal that the problem is larger, different, or more risky than first described. Work outside the agreed scope, additional hours, replacement parts, paid software, hosting, domain, cloud, delivery, or other third-party charges require customer approval before they are purchased or added, except for small incidental costs already included in a written quote.
The customer is responsible for maintaining current backups before repair, updates, migration, recovery attempts, account changes, or other technical work. Don will use reasonable care, but technical work can expose existing corruption, hidden damage, malware, failing storage, incompatible software, or account restrictions. Data recovery is never guaranteed.
The customer confirms that they own, control, or have lawful permission to request work on every device, account, website, domain, network, file, repository, payment account, or other system involved.
The customer authorizes Don to perform only the actions reasonably connected to the agreed service. Don may refuse or stop any request involving unauthorized access, credential theft, evasion of security controls, surveillance without lawful authority, impersonation, fraud, harassment, malware deployment, deceptive conduct, or other unlawful or unsafe activity.
Never send wallet seed phrases, private keys, full payment-card numbers, banking passwords, authentication codes, or unrelated sensitive records. Don will not ask for a cryptocurrency seed phrase or private key.
When temporary account access is genuinely needed, the customer should use the least-privileged method available, remain present where practical, and change temporary passwords or revoke temporary access after the work.
The exact amount, currency, billing frequency, taxes, and total price appear on the applicable payment page, invoice, quote, or written confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars.
Card payments are processed by Stripe or another identified external payment provider. iamicreate.ai does not collect or store full card numbers on its shared-hosting website. Canadian customers may also be offered Interac e-Transfer after the amount and service are confirmed.
Payment is due before service, at booking, or according to the written payment schedule. A customer must not initiate a payment dispute merely to avoid a valid charge. Genuine billing errors or service concerns should be raised promptly so the transaction and written record can be reviewed.
Customers may cancel a monthly membership at any time without a cancellation fee. No further monthly renewal will be charged after cancellation takes effect. The unused part of a monthly billing period is normally not refunded, except where required by law.
Class, annual membership, and technical-service payments are generally final after a session has been scheduled, membership access has begun, materials have been supplied, reserved work has begun, time has been used, or non-recoverable third-party costs have been incurred.
No refund is promised for a change of mind, unused membership time, a missed class, a customer’s failure to provide access or information, or a result affected by inaccurate or incomplete customer information. Don may instead offer a reasonable reschedule, credit, revised scope, or partial refund depending on what was actually delivered.
If Don cannot provide an agreed paid service, the undelivered or unused portion will be refunded or another reasonable solution will be agreed. Refunds required by applicable consumer law will be provided. These terms do not remove statutory cancellation or refund rights.
The customer agrees to:
Don will provide services with reasonable care and honest effort. Technical diagnosis and guidance are based on the information and access available at the time. No particular repair, recovery, security, revenue, search ranking, business, legal, or software outcome is guaranteed.
Websites, hosting companies, domain registrars, payment processors, email providers, carriers, app stores, cloud platforms, AI providers, operating systems, manufacturers, and open-source projects are controlled by third parties. Their prices, rules, availability, security, and decisions can change without Don’s control.
Advice about scams, privacy, AI output, account safety, or suspicious activity is practical technical guidance. It is not a guarantee that a person, message, account, system, or transaction is safe, genuine, criminal, recoverable, or free from risk.
Contact and project information is used to understand the request, communicate, process payment, provide service, keep a reasonable business record, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Client information is not sold.
Support conversations and project details are treated as private working information unless disclosure is authorized, reasonably necessary to provide the service, required by a payment provider, or required by law.
Customers should read the Privacy and Confidentiality page. Do not place secrets or highly sensitive information in the first contact message or in Stripe custom fields.
The customer retains ownership of customer-provided content, files, code, accounts, business information, and branding, subject to any rights of third parties. The customer gives Don limited permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed service.
Don retains ownership of original methods, templates, class materials, explanations, demonstrations, branding, and pre-existing tools unless a written agreement states otherwise. A class or membership purchase gives the customer a limited right to use supplied learning material for personal or internal business learning. It does not grant a right to resell, publish, rebroadcast, impersonate, or remove ownership notices.
Open-source software remains governed by its applicable licence. Protected iamicreate.ai or IcreateCrypto names, logos, demonstration images, and other brand assets are not granted merely because source code is available.
Don may refuse, pause, or end service where a request is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, threatening, deceptive, outside competence, impossible to verify, or likely to harm the customer, another person, a system, or the integrity of the work.
If service is ended for a serious customer breach, the customer remains responsible for work already performed and non-recoverable costs. Any remaining amount will be handled according to the actual work delivered, the reason service ended, and applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Don is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost opportunity, loss caused by third-party platforms, or loss resulting from a customer’s failure to maintain backups, follow instructions, protect credentials, or disclose important information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from a specific paid service is limited to the amount the customer paid for that affected service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, and it does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
The version accepted at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. Updated terms are not applied retroactively merely because this webpage changes.
Don may update future pricing, class topics, membership format, supported tools, and these terms. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated with reasonable notice. A change will not increase a customer’s obligation or reduce Don’s cancellation, return, exchange, or refund obligations where applicable law requires the customer’s agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Mandatory consumer protections in another jurisdiction may also apply and are not excluded by these terms.
A customer with a concern should first contact Don with the payment date, product or service, and a clear description of the issue. Both sides should preserve relevant emails, payment records, quotes, and service notes and make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly.
Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from making a lawful complaint, posting an honest review, using a court or tribunal available under law, or participating in a class proceeding where the law permits.
Questions, cancellation notices, and service concerns may be sent to donmerrow@gmail.com. Include the customer name, payment date, and product or service so the record can be found.
Monthly members may also cancel through the Stripe customer portal when that option is available. A cancellation notice is effective according to the applicable billing terms and law.
Customers can print or save this page using the button at the top. A customer may request a copy of the applicable agreement and purchase record by email.
